RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back. We ask that you let us know about any problems within 14 days of receiving your order. Return the item in original condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. For refunds we will deduct a 10% processing fee. Return shipping not included. . If we feel that the returned piece is in any way damaged, or different than the piece that we originally sent, we will return the item to you and no refund will be offered or made-Returns will not be accepted if the item or items have been damaged, modified, or altered in any way. Items must be in original condition without any changes..
Contact us and we will give you a return address to mail it back.
Late returns on items after the 14-day period will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. In other words, if a return request is submitted 15 or more days after receiving your order, you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different item, simply contact us. We will help you find what you need. Exchanges are subject to a shipping fee and your replacement will be shipped when the original is returned to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an order, call us immediately. We can cancel an order at no charge before it is shipped.
